COURSE DESCRIPTION

Change is not an event; it is a process. It can happen quickly and, in some situations, can be urgent! While it can take time for individuals to make a transition from one way of working to another, Learn how to lead people from an old way of working to the new and through to completion! Come learn the strategies for leading changes within an organization, including effective approaches to introducing and communicating the change, dealing with employee resistance, and removing organizational obstacles to ensure follow through.
