Inspired Service

COURSE DESCRIPTION

“Inspired Service” is designed to provide participants with tips and techniques for ensuring that all employees, students, parents and community members receive polite and welcoming service from LAUSD staff. Key highlights include:

• Exploring how you and your role make a difference to who we serve at LAUSD

• Learning the importance of self-care and stress resiliency as a key to serve others most effectively

• Identifying key techniques for responding quickly and accurately to requests across all service channels

• Recognizing how our compassion and skills build trust in the people we serve

• Understanding how to overcome challenges and to consistently provide Inspired Service
