Evaluating performance is crucial to success for both employees and their work groups. This workshop covers: · The importance of the evaluation process · A review of what Performance Appraisals are · The timing requirements for both probationary and permanent evaluations · The steps in completing the online evaluation form · Discussion of the evaluation process as an ongoing strategic tool in the performance management continuum.
