Business Etiquette at the Workplace

COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this course, you will learn the basics of how to act professionally and practice proper business etiquette at the workplace, during online meetings, through email correspondences, and when face to face with your colleagues.  We will also go over tips on how to conduct proper telephone conversations and discuss appropriate social media behavior. Finally, we will look at appropriate office décor and proper workplace attire.
