Crucial Conversations (Series of 4 classes – November 9, 16, 30 & December 7)

COURSE DESCRIPTION

“Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue” gives leaders the skills to step into disagreement – rather than over or around it – and turn disagreement into dialogue for improved relationships and results.

This class will help you grow as a leader by introducing skills to foster open dialogue around high-stakes topics allowing you to address critical issues with your team.

This course is offered to employees who are at the supervisory level or higher. Participants must attend all classes to receive credit.
