COURSE DESCRIPTION

Identifying, addressing, and coping with aggression is not the simplest task, especially in a professional setting. In this session, we’ll explore what aggression looks like in the workplace. We’ll also discuss methods for addressing and coping with aggression from others and our own behaviors. Join us to discuss psychological research and strategies for dealing with aggression and how to minimize negative outcomes.
