COURSE DESCRIPTION
Being aware and respectful of other cultures is an essential part of living and working. This course will allow us to look at our diverse cultural backgrounds and influences on how we interpret and interact with each other in the workplace.
Discussed in this training:
- How our influences effect our behaviors.
- Explore how we interpret the behavior of other people.
- Discuss the problems caused by cultural stereotyping and misunderstandings, the benefits of diversity and the importance of treating everyone with respect in the workplace and beyond.
